So, watcha do while you were there. We have friends who have been to Costa Rica a couple of times. They raved about a Zipline experience.

It was great... Spent a couple of days on the Caribbean shore... a couple more near the Arenal volcano.

We did the zip line thing thru the jungle canopy (watched a family of monkeys near the first platform!)

Took a white-water rafting trip down the Pucare river... Class III-IV. That was the highlight. About 4 hrs on the river. Absolutely beautiful.

Only disappointment was the food... It was rather bland.

I'm in Colorado Springs on business in late June, and my Boss, wants to do some White Water rafting as part of a team building experience. Class III & IV as well. I've never been before so this is my shot.

Great pics RoR.

Mr.S, Class III will be a great intro for you. Just enough action to keep you from getting bored, but relaxing enough to keep it from being too stressful.
