Prop up that bogey man...

Bush Insists Al Qaeda in Iraq Threatens U.S. - New York Times: "The president’s remarks focused almost entirely on links between the two groups and on threats they pose."

Tyranny thrives in the presence of fear. That this clearly illogical message still resonates with a small portion of the populace doesn't say much for our ability to reason.

Not surprising however - there's still a small percentage of American's who think the world is approx 6000 years old.

I'm not into conspiracy theories, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if some catastrophe befell the nation several months before the next election. That's the only way the current set of tyrants can maintain their grip on power.

I just hope the majority sees it coming...

The majority won't see it coming and won't do shit about it. The majority are a bunch of McDonalds-eating, Fox News-watching dumb dumbs. They love this shit because it makes them feel racially and religiously superior to "those" people.

A false flag operation is on the way and Americans are going to fall for it just like Germans fell for the burning of the Reichstag.

This isn't bitching. This is reality.

Yes, in fact they already have fallen for it.
What makes it interesting to watch is the unintended consequence aspect.
Bottom line is that the power possessors are either stupid or ignorant, and only play the games they play because of the reward for bad behavior.
As bad behavior piles up it makes the system more and more less able to function.
When a state of emergency happens all bets are off, and some very surprising things will no doubt happen.
That this system ends badly is a foregone conclusion.

I think there's a slim chance the majority may see thru the ruse.

Only a slim chance tho...
